A day to learn more about klezmer, or be introduced to this magical repertoire by Ilana Cravitz (NKYO Director) and John Macnaughton (clarinet and sax player in bands Oysland and Raka). The workshop will take place at a central London venue.

We’ll be studying the National Klezmer Youth Orkester tunes, looking at style, ornamentation, accompaniment, ensemble and performance skills. 

Suitable for musicians aged 8-18 playing any instrument, grade 4 standard and upwards or equivalent.
